Rabbit Anesthesia Lab

This lab is open to veterinarians and technicians interested in learning more about and practicing common anesthetic techniques used in rabbits. It will review important anatomy and physiology of rabbits, as well as anesthetics, analgesics, and monitoring equipment, and how to apply this to clinical practice. Live rabbits will be used to practice safe and effective anesthesia techniques.

Preparation: Scrubs, watch with a second hand, and stethoscope recommended. Pre-lab lecture in room 2305. Lab in MD-1
